Earth.Voice.Dance

Earth.Voice.Dance. is a collaboration between Liam Francis and artist Hugo Dalton, commissioned by the Royal Opera House, set to the music of Charles Spearin. The dance portrays a series of different voices as if emanating from the Earth, each is sinuously explored with vivid graphic charm. The work unfolds within a magical stage set created by artist Hugo Dalton. The artist has reused tutus from the Royal Ballet costume archive to create huge flower blooms, the stage set is further brought to life by plant cuttings sourced from the Eden Project.
